Privacy Policy for the Android App “PlayArp”

This section applies specifically to the native Android app PlayArp.

PlayArp does not require user registration or login for its basic functionality.

PlayArp does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics tools such as AdMob or Firebase Analytics.

If you choose to purchase or unlock a paid feature, Pro version, or subscription in PlayArp, the purchase is processed through Google Play Billing.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details or other complete payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Google in accordance with Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

For the purpose of processing purchases, unlocking paid features, restoring previous purchases, validating entitlements, preventing fraud or abuse, and providing support if needed, PlayArp and/or Google Play may process purchase-related information such as transaction status, product identifiers, entitlement status, and limited purchase metadata.

Unless you make a purchase, contact us for support, or explicitly submit diagnostic information, PlayArp does not transmit personal data to us.

PlayArp processes app settings and user-generated app data locally on the user’s device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this app-specific section.

Website-related data processing described elsewhere on this page, including cookies, analytics, embedded content, or server log processing for this website, does not apply to the native Android app PlayArp unless explicitly stated in this app-specific section.

Data Retention and Deletion

PlayArp itself does not require an account.

Purchase-related information available to us, if any, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide paid functionality, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse, and resolve support requests.

Support emails and any voluntarily submitted diagnostic information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect against misuse. After that, such data is deleted or no longer kept in a personally identifiable form.
